To get a better idea about the factors that make a college selective, I have created a spreadsheet for several Michigan institutions. The spreadsheet identifies a variety of factors including test scores and GPA information, as well as includes general information about the school.

Do your own research!
It's important to remember that these numbers change and that they are not cold, hard thresholds. Colleges will work with your qualifications. For example, if your GPA exceeds the minimum requirement and the average for incoming freshmen but you have an ACT score below the minimum requirement, then you can take a breath. Colleges look at all your accomplishments and evaluate you as a whole. Just because you do not meet a minimum requirement doesn't mean you won't get in. Talk with your school counselor if you're worried or have questions about admission requirements and how you do or do not meet them.
